I am a handicapped person age 38. I suffers some time skin disease in hair(head). My wife is also handicapped age 36. My daughter age 10 suffering from Henoch schnolein purpura spots on both lower limbs and hips. she had been suffering from 26th Feb. 2006. I do following test Complete blood count and peripheral smear, platelet count and indices, urinalysis, prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), Liver and kidney function tests. In Short form(CBC,Reticulocyte Count,ESR,ANA,SGPT/Creatinine,PT,APTT) But all reports are normal. I also refer to Haematologist. He told me that no medicine should cure this disease, but the disease usually resolves without treatment. But refer to this web's Questions and Answers, People still not cured 100% from this disease So how to prevent this disease fully for life time. she has no medical problem as such (fever etc.). Doctor recommendate steroids(prednisolone 1mg/kg/day for 5 days) if her joint pain worsens. But now still doctor not recommend any drugs for this disease. Doctor tell me that this rash subsides within 3 to 6 months.However it may recur for few months. So guide me how to cure this disease 100%. Please advise me. Please tell me because i can not think other thing due to my daughter's disease
